I had many billing issues, calls not returned, etc. from another agency. I switched to Erie through the Clore Agency in Crawfordsville, IN, a few years ago. I could not be more pleased with the agent, Brad, and his staff. Billing has been perfect, premium increases have been less than other companies and less than national averages, and the staff members have been so professional, accommodating, courteous, and timely in responding to any inquiries or changes needed in my policies. I could not be more pleased with this agency and would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
